Exchanges
If you have an issue with your purchase, let us know within 3 days of receipt (as noted on your tracking info) by sending an email to WillowMarieDE@gmail.com. Once we authorize the exchange, we will send you the return instructions. If you need us to send you a shipping label, we can. In this case, return shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 and is deducted from the refund total. You will have 7 days to return the item to us. You will receive store credit. We do not do refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be shipped back to us in the original packaging.
Our boutique is a small business retail shop that offers unique, on trend finds. Because of this, our inventory changes rapidly at times, and we need to stick to this policy to keep our shop running smoothly for all customers.
Our notification policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot authorize the exchange. Please know that our goal is to serve customers in the best way that we can and being a small operation, we need to abide by this return policy.

There are certain situations where your exchange may not be granted:
-Any item not in its original condition aka any product with obvious signs of use
-Any item that is submitted for return authorization more than 3 days after delivery.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange based on the condition of the item.
If approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a store credit will be issued.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item except in the case of a damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you need us to send you a shipping label, the rate is $6.95 and the items must be sent in the original shipping packing they were sent to you in.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we do not receive your return due to error by the post office, UPS, FedEx, etc., we cannot refund your purchase.
